Once you sign up, you will get an onboarding email and text with your physical mailbox address and number, if you didn’t choose one. You can start receiving mail immediately. When you receive a package, we will notify you via email or text. You can pick up your packages during our store hours, between 9am and 6pm.

One of the required items we’ll need is a completed Form 1583. This allows us to receive mail on your behalf. You can do that ahead of time or stop by, and we would be happy to help you fill it out. We also require two forms of ID; first form must be an official government ID with a photo and the second must show proof of current residency.

See below for acceptable forms of identification:

• Valid drivers license or state issued identification card
• passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization
• voter or vehicle registration card
• home or vehicle insurance policy
• current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust

The short answer, how ever many you want. As long as it fits through our doorway, 84″ x 31″.

As a general rule of thumb, we will hold your packages for 30 days. 

If you give us a call ahead of time, and we are able to accommodate at the moment, we don’t mind running your packages out to your car for you.

Our mailbox and key plan allows for two names/people who share a home address to receive mail at one box number. Each adult will have to fill out their own Form 1583.

For our package only and virtual mailbox customers, our policy is one user per box number.

A physical address is a street address that a person can  use for commercial or personal purposes. You may register your business and receive packages from any carrier using a physical address. Private delivery companies like UPS and FedEx do not usually ship to PO Box addresses. They have a strict “delivery only to physical street address” rule.
